Vlastimil Černý

Dr. Vlastimil Cerny was the head of the Department of International Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (1990-2018). Dr. Cerny has got extensive experience in organizing academic international cooperation and projects at all levels and in all geographical areas. He is currently teaching English and Consulting.
