Inauguration ceremony - Global Information Security Management (GISM)

Global Information Security Management is a brand new master's degree program offered by the Faculty of Economics and Management CZU Prague.

The milestone event was launched by doc. Ing. Tomáš Šubrt, Ph.D., the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management. Doc. Ing. Jiří Vaněk, Ph.D., the Program Guarantor, Akshay Pottahtil, Ph.D., President of the IRI, other representatives of the FEM CZU management, teachers, and guests attended the event.

The program has been developed at the Department of Information Technologies FEM CZU Prague in collaboration with the Intelligence Research Institute (IRI), San Diego, California, to bring together key subject matter experts and industry leaders to deliver an unprecedented academic experience to our students.

The applications for the academic year 2022/2023 have been opened until 30 June 2022: gism.pef.czu.cz

Alongside the program, IRI offers physical security and spatial intelligence certificates, both delivered as one-week blocks taught in person at FEM CZU Prague. More details about the certificate program are here.
